ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to approval at our headquarters in Bensenville, Illinois. Order by phone, fax, and mail or via our web site at www.storawayinc.com
PAYMENT TERMS
Our terms are C.O.D., Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Net 30 days with approved credit.
All Prices are F.O.B. our dock unless otherwise specified.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT
StorAway Solutions, Inc. must authorize all requests for returns. Call, write, or fax StorAway for return authorization.
No merchandise will be accepted, or credit issued, without an authorized RMA number. Send product to the attention of the Returns Department with the RMA number clearly visible on all boxes returned. A $10 fee will apply to product returned without an authorized RMA number.
Credit for returns will be granted subject to our inspection. Rejected RMA's will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Credit will not be issued for freight charges on shipments that are refused or undeliverable due to customers that are not present when delivery attempts are made.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
RMA numbers will expire 30 days from the date it was issued.
Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.
All claims must be made within ten days from receipt of product.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
StorAway reserves the right to correct typographical errors, including pricing errors in our catalogs or other materials. If a product is listed with an incorrect information or price due to typographical error, StorAway has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

StorAway Solutions prides itself on releasing the best possible products for our industry. We therefore reserve the right to improve our products without prior notice.

All logos and trade names on our products, within our catalogs and on other printed materials are respective trademarks of their corporations.
UNAVOIDABLE DELAYS AND ACTS OF GOD
We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped complete and on time. Delivery time can be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as a raw material shortage or shipping delays. We make every effort to maintain adequate inventories in our distribution centers to allow for the unexpected. However, shortages of raw materials or surges in demand may deplete our stock. In such cases, we will continue to give you the best possible service. We cannot be liable for delays resulting from Acts of God or any other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING
Shipping fees are based on zip code, type of address (Commercial or Residential), and dimensional or actual weight of the package. Your shipping charges will not show up on your order confirmation because they are determined at the time of shipping.
